After a van crashed into the rear door & rear wing of my Mercedes, my insurance company arranged for Humphris to carry out the estimate & repair. I was pleased the car would be repaired, but the damage was extensive & I was concerned how it would all turn out! I needn’t have worried, the repair is excellent, I have myself been in the motor trade, including restoring Jaguar cars, is say this as I am very very particular with regards to panel fit, paint finish etc.
I couldn’t be happier with the work carried out. There were a few delays due to part supply & the extent of the damage, however Josh was helpful in keeping me up to date.
I would not hesitate in recommending Humphris for any bodywork.

Repaired my car after a car park collision. They were able to help me get a MOT whilst they had it in storage from garage next door and did a great job on repairing the damage. Car was dropped off and my rental car took back by them and mine was washed and cleaned so cannot fault their service. I did use a claims management company and communication was terrible but maybe not fault at part of Humphris, when called they always kept me updated of what was going on!

I went in via their website to enquire about a repair, they were quick and efficient to schedule me an evaluation appointment. Quote was done in a timely manner and it made sense.
I found all employees very friendly and great at communication.

Humphris Oxford Crash Repair Centre has the best car repair centre in the U.K. The branch manager Nick is the real asset of this company. Nick is very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, polite, has wonderful customer service skills and the whole car centre is spotless and the atmosphere wonderful I strongly believe due to his leadership. The Humphris Oxford Crash Repair Centre did a magnificent job to my car (Kia Niro plug-in Hybrid 2021 model). They fixed the scratch on the bonnet in less than 10 minutes, not only that there was another scratch on the side door at the same time which I did not expected they could fix it at the same time. I could not believe my eyes that it was properly cleaned in a very short time. They are absolutely amazing and have a great skill to fix the car with care. I cannot thank you enough to magnificent Nick and his great team to fix my car so perfectly. I would like to recommend the Humphris Oxford Repair Centre to anyone and if the branch manager Nick is there everything will be fantastic.

Used Humphries again this month for a repair to my Audi A4 and, as always, they were outstanding. Great service, communication and, most important of all, a terrific paint job on the rear bumper after a minor mishap with a friend's gate post. I recommend them without hesitation.

Amazing service from the team at Humphris especially Handel who was so helpful throughout the process after going through my car insurance claim. He called to bring my car in earlier than the original date of fixing and again had the car back to me earlier than the anticipated completion date. The work that was done was perfect

Handel and the team at Humphris were amazing! My insurance company were utterly useless but Handel happily coordinated with me directly and buffered me from a lot of the nonsense to make the process as easy as possible. I couldn't be more grateful for their support and assistance. I would have no hesitations in dealing with them again in future. Thanks again for all your help!

Just picked up my Mini and I am delighted with the work done. Looks brand new. What a lovely team with excellent customer service, straight forward and great communication. When my car was returned to me it was spotless which was a lovely surprise too. By far the best experience I have had with a garage! Will definitely be returning if needed in the future!!!! Thank you!!!

Had a great experience with these guys. They gave me a quick free verbal quote and left me to decide without pressure from Nick. I needed my front bumper resprayed after someone scraped it. After deciding to go with them because of the friendly service I recieved, I got my car booked in for the following week. The bumper looks great and took a day and a bit to do. Really happy with the service and the result. I would definitely recommend.

Humphris were the appointed repairer after someone else reversed into the front of my car, a two year old Golf.
I had to visit for an estimate, and then was booked in for some 4 or 5 weeks later. The repair itself took just over a week, and was basically fine. The paintwork however was not very smooth and you could see some lumpy imperfections in the finish.
After using the car for a week or two, I noticed that when I got out the headlight washer jet was sometimes left sticking out from the bumper. I called Humphris to discuss this, and they were initially very reluctant and disinterested. They even went to the extent of saying they did not remove the bumper in order to repair it and repaint it which then made me wonder why the bill was almost £1,000 (to the insurance company) for a simple fill and respray. They invited me back and then said that some clips on the side of the jet "had been broken" but essentially did not admit that they had not checked this when replacing the bumper. They asked me to return a week or so later to have those clips fitted.
A couple of months on and the car has been for its second service. I am now told that there is a leak from the headlight washer jet on the same side. I cannot possibly believe that this is just coincidence on such a new car. As this will not be covered under the car warranty, VW want to £253 to replace the faulty part, but it should either have been reconnected correctly by Humphris when they did the repair, or identified as part of the estimate as something that they should have repaired and therefore charged for.
Either way, they are denying any responsibility for this huge coincidence and I will now be out of pocket to repair damage that should have been covered under the insurance claim due to Humphris.
Whilst I did not interact with any of the technicians, the manager here is a pretty dour faced individual who does not smile and has no concept of customer service. As someone else has written in a review here, if you have any self-respect, find yourself another repair centre. It may not be much better, but at least you wouldn't be actively supporting poor service and a lack of responsibility.
