Absolutely fantastic customer service. Their tech support is by far the best I have come across having used numerous systems and various companies over the years. James & Clem are very quick to reply and always have the answer. The system is easy to use which is great when training up non database users to access information. Highly recommend.

Really great customer service and very helpful tech support; whenever I have called for guidance, either Clem, James or Zac have been amazing and they always follow up. I have found the Focus a nice programme to work with especially with my advanced years. No doubt loads still to learn but for what we need, it has been programmed for our needs for us to use and if I am stuck with a problem I have always found the staff very helpful. Josh who I spoke to today is always very very helpful and takes the time to show you how to fix the problem. We have been using the Focus software for over 15 years and have found it to be very straightforward and easy to use. Any issues we have encountered have always been dealt with, with the utmost efficiency. The support team spends many hours updating their software and always provide the relevant training immediately afterwards.

The Focus team are extremely knowledgeable & always helpful. The system has many different tools to use and is very useful. Clem has recently helped me with an alteration to a template, we didn't think we could do it but the rabbit was pulled out of the hat & it was successful . The team also do on line learning as well. I have been using focus now for over 5 years and I am very happy with the software. The support staff are very polite and helpful and resolve any issues you may have. They also invite you to webinars which help you with different and new things that they have updated or just to see if they can help you fully utilise their system. Overall, I would recommend their software!

We use Rent every day within our course of work, and if we have any problems, Focus are always there to help with a gentle approach to us older, slightly technophobic users. Although we are not 'in the cloud' their advice is always good, and their advisers go out of their way to help. Thank you Focus it is very much appreciated.

We have recently had the focus software installed and are still on a learning curve moving over from another software provider. I believe with more experience the system is user friendly and the training and support we have received to date has been excellent. Focus provides an excellent software package for managing the day to day running of our tenancies & business accounts. Its very comprehensive & user friendly.
